The Carniolan Investment Company is planning to build a new retail/business centre on Celovška Cesta, the arterial road running into Ljubljana from the north-west. The location of the project places it in the ideal area of one of Ljubljana's four main arterial roads, close to the orbital motorway. The design envisages separate retail and business sections in, respectively, a single-storey structure and a 10-storey office building.

Works are due to commence in June 2012 and to end in late 2013 with the completion of the office building.
